본 연구는 COVID-19 상황에 따라 비대면 실시간으로 실시한 인성교육 교원 연수가 얼마나 실효성 있는지를 확인하여, 포스트 코로나 시기에도 지속 가능한지를 탐색하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여, 총 45시간의실시간 원격연수 프로그램으로 설계한 후, ZOOM을 활용하여 운영하였다. 구체적으로 S대학교는 기존 집체교육으로운영하였던 인성교육 교원 연수 프로그램을 오리엔테이션(2h), 온라인 집중연수(20h), 현장적용(20h), 결과보고회(3h)의4개 영역으로 구분하고 비대면 실시간 연수 프로그램으로 재구조화 하였다. 연수 대상은 교원 64명으로 이들을 대상으로연수 프로그램의 적정성, 만족도, 현장과의 연계성에 대하여 조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비대면 실시간 인성교육 교원 연수 프로그램은 인성교육 교원 연수로써 적정하며 둘째, 만족 수준 또한 높은 것으로나타났다. 셋째, 학교현장과의 연계성이 높고, 현장 수요를 반영한 연수 과정으로 인식하였다. 따라서 인성교육 교원실시간 원격연수는 포스트 코로나 시대에 집체교육의 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다. 더불어 더 실효성있는 인성교육연수를 위해서는 운영 방식에 대한 고민 이외에도 연수의 질을 확보하기 위해 지속적으로 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다
This study verified the effectiveness of the teacher training for character-building education when conducted virtually in real-time, given the COVID-19 situation, and explored whether it is sustainable even in the post-COVID period. A total of 45 hours of the live virtual teacher training program was conducted using ZOOM. S University sub-divided the existing teacher training program for character-building education into four areas and restructured them into a live virtual training program: orientation (2h), intensive online training (20h), field application (20h), and result report meeting (3h). A survey was conducted on the adequacy of the training program, satisfaction, and relevance to the field. The results of analyzing 64 respondents are as follows. First, the live virtual teacher training program was found to be adequate as a teacher training. Second, the satisfaction level was also high. Third, the virtual training course had a close association with the school site and reflected the demands in the field. Therefore, such live virtual training can be an alternative to collective education in the post-COVID era. Furthermore, to have more effective character education training, it is necessary to make continuous efforts to ensure the quality of training, while reflecting on the operation method
