본 연구의 목적은 왜곡된 자기애(自己愛)에 대한 시 치유를 위해 ‘물(水) 심상에 의한 나르시시즘적 치유 시’에 주목하고 창작론을 연구하는 것이다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 나르시시즘 이론을 개괄하고 특히 시론의 긍정적 나르시시즘은 참된 자아를 실현하는 요소임을 논하였다. 이어서 물(水) 심상에 의한 나르시시즘적 치유 시 창작론의 확립을 위해 창조적 상상력의 활용 단계, 감각･감정의 사실적 표현 단계, 자아의 욕구를 인지하고 포용하는 단계, 희망의 행동 언어로 건강한 나르시시즘에 이르러 승화(昇華)하는 단계 등 4단계로써 시 창작과정을 수립하였다. 다음으로 이를 물을 소재로 한 서정시 3편에 대비하여 창작 원리의 적용 관점으로 고찰하였는데 연구 요지는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상상력의 시 언어를 내면 탐구의 도구로 활용한다. 둘째, 시적 자아가 느낌을 그대로 표현함을 치유의 핵심 요소로 활용한다. 셋째, 자아의 내면 욕구를 인지하고 포용하는 것도 치유의 핵심 요소로 활용한다. 넷째, 희망의 행동 언어로 창작하면 건강한 ‘나르시시즘’에 의한 승화가 가능하다. 이 글은 물의 심상에 의한 나르시시즘적 치유 시 창작론을 고찰한 의의가 있으나 예시 부족 등의 한계점이 있으며, 통계 분석을 시행하는 후속 연구가 필요하다.
The objective of this study is to research the creation theory by paying attention to the ‘narcissistic healing poems by the image of water’ for poetic healing of distorted narcissism. To achieve the objective of this study, this study outlined the theory of narcissism, and especially discussed that the positive narcissism of poetics would be an element of realizing true self. After that, in order to establish the creation theory of narcissistic healing poems by the image of water, this study established the four-stage process of creating a poem such as the stage of utilizing the creative imagination, the stage of realistic expression of senses/emotions, the stage of recognizing and embracing self-needs, and the stage of sublimation by reaching the healthy narcissism with behavioral language of hope. Next, this study considered three lyric poems with the use of water as a material by applying the perspective of creation principles, and the summary of this study is as follows. First, the poetic language of imagination is used as a tool of internal exploration. Second, the poetic self fully expresses one’s own feelings, which is utilized as a core element of healing. Third, recognizing and embracing one’s own internal needs are also utilized as core elements of healing. Fourth, the creation with behavioral language of hope enables to realize the sublimation by healthy ‘narcissism.’ Even though this study is significant in the aspect of considering the creation theory of narcissistic healing poems by the image of water, it also has limitations such as lack of examples, so there should be a follow-up research that performs the statistical analysis.
