본 연구는 학습민첩성과 이러닝 학습만족도의 관계에서 학습몰입의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 C대학교의 학생 120명을 대상으로 학습민첩성과 관련된 설문 후 수집된 자료를 토대로 문항의 신뢰도 분석 및 기술통계와 상관분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 학습민첩성은 학습몰입에 통계적으로 유의미하게 정적인 영향을 미치며, 학습몰입은 학습만족도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 학습몰입은 학습만족도에 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 학습민첩성과 학습만족도와의 관계에서 학습몰입은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기존의 학습민첩성과 학습만족도, 학습몰입의 구조적 관계에 대한 연구를 시도해 보았다는 점에 의의가 있으며 추후 다양한 분야에서 학습민첩성과 관련된 후속연구가 시도되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.
This study practiced reliability analysis, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis of questionnaire data collected from 120 students in C university to show the mediated effect of learning flow between learning agility and e-learning satisfaction. As a result, it was found that learning agility had a statistically meaningful effect on learning flow and learning flow had a mediated effect on learning satisfaction. It was found that learning flow has a mediated effect in the relationship between learning agility and learning satisfaction. This study has a significance that it has attempted to study the structural relationship between existing learning agility, learning satisfaction, and learning flow and it is believed that follow up studies related to learning agility is suggested in various fields.
