본고는, 인간관계에서 특히 중시해야 할 몇 가지를 통해 코로나19 시대와 그 이후, 인간관계에서 필요하면서 더욱 중요시되어야 할 것을 제시하여, 포스트코로나시대에 필요한 삶의 방식은 어떠해야 할 것인가를 동양적 가치관 중에서도 유가적가치관 위주로 살펴본 것이다. 코로나19로 인한 우리 주변은 비대면의 일상화로 예전에 없던 갈등이 유발되기도 하였다. 외부에서의 생활보다 집안에서 머무는 시간이 많다보니 자연히 집안식구들과의 갈등이 촉발되었으며, 코로나 증상을 확인하는 과정에서나 택배 과정에서 일어나는 각종 정직하지 못한 사례들로 인한 사회적 갈등 내지 집단 간의 갈등이 일어났다. 이런 갈등 양상은 포스트코로나 시대에도 일어날 확률이 높다. 앞으로 비대면이활성화된 시대에 필요한 삶의 방식을 유가적 가치관에서 살펴본 결과, 포스트코로나 시대는 처지와 환경을 고려하여 융통성 있게 행동할 줄 아는 삶이 필요하다는것이다. 그래서 논어에 제시된 ‘미생고’ 같은 정직함이 요구된다. 남의 사정을고려하여 상대를 배려할 줄 아는 사람이야 말로 비대면이 일상화되는 21세기 포스트코로나 시대에 중시되어야 할 바람직한 삶의 태도이기 때문이다. 그러면 개인은물론 계층 간의 갈등도 해소될 것이다. 포스트코로나 시대 필요한 소통도 살펴보았다. 공자는 논어 여러 곳에서 소통의 우선으로 남을 탓하기 전에 자신을 성찰할 것을 요구하였다. 그 성찰의 이면에는 남들이 알아 줄 만 한 실력을 배양하고 남들이 알아주고 안 알아주고는 차후의문제라고 하였다. 또한 타인과의 원만한 소통을 위한 전제는 믿음을 들었다. 맹자는 소통은 이익을 전제하지 말고 인의(仁義)로 할 것을 당부하였다. 이익은 갈등을부추기기 때문이다. 대중과 함께 하는 소통은 공감을 불러일으켜 누구나 좋아하게될 뿐만 아니라 상대방으로부터 칭송의 대상이 될 수 있다고 하였다. 노자도 도덕경에서 소통은 물과 같아 이 세상의 만물에 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 겸손한 자세까지 지닐 수 있다고 하였다. 소학에서도 부모와 자식이 화사한 얼굴빛과 부드러운 말로 진실된 모습을 통해 충간하게 되면 갈등은 저절로 해소된다고 하였다. 이와 같이 동양에서 전통적으로 중시해온 가치관들은 어느 시대나 다 필요하다. 하지만 비대면이 일상화되고 가짜 뉴스가 판을 치며, 인공지능이 활성화될 21세기는더욱 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 전통적으로 중시해 온 동양적 가치관에는 인간적감성이 기저에 깔려 있기에 인간성 회복에 도움이 될 것이기 때문이다. 코로나19의 전염병 창궐로 야외활동을 자유롭게 할 수 없어, 오히려 가족과 함께 있는 시간에 갈등이 표출되었다. 이런 때에 갈등의 해소 방법으로 동양적 가치관이면서 유가적 가치관이 그 해답이었다. 따라서 기기의 발달과 시대적 환경의변화로 비대면이 활성화될 포스트코로나의 21세기도 동양에서 전통적으로 중시해온 융통성 있게 정직하고 배려하며 공감하는 소통의 삶의 태도는 여전히 필요하고중시되어야 할 것이다.

This paper presents what is necessary and important in human relationships during and after the COVID-19 era among the several things that we should deem important in human relationships. The paper also examines, from the confucian values, what kind of life style we should have in the post-COVID 19 era. Due to COVID-19, non-contact everyday life around us has also caused conflicts which we have never faced before. Because we spent more time at home than outside, conflicts with family members were naturally induced. Social conflicts or conflicts between groups due to various dishonest cases occurred in the process of confirming corona symptoms or in the delivery process. Such conflicts are highly likely to happen even in the post COVID-19 era. From the perspective of the confucian values, the life style necessary in this era, while non-contact is prevalent, has been examined. The post COVID-19 era requires the honesty of such as 'Misaenggo' presented in the Analects of Confucius, who acted flexibly in consideration of the situation and circumstance. We should take into account of the situations of others and be considerate of others. This is a desirable life style that should be emphasized in the post COVID-19 era of the 21st century. Then, conflicts between individuals as well as classes will be resolved. We also examined the communication necessary in the post COVID-19 era. In several places in the Analects, Confucius demanded that, as the priority of communication, we reflect on ourselves before blaming others. Behind that reflection, he said that it is a matter of cultivating one’s own capabilities that others will recognize, and whether others recognize the capabilities or not would be a second matter. In addition, he considered faith as the premise to communicate harmoniously with others. Mencius also urged that communication should not be based on profit, but should be carried out with benevolence and righteousness. Profit fuels conflicts. He said that communication with the public can create sympathy, so that not only everyone likes it, but also it can become an object of praise from others. Lao Tzu also said in Taodejing that communication is like water, so it can be helpful to everything in this world, and it can even give one a humble attitude. Even in Xiaoxue by Liu Zicheng, it is said that conflicts between parents and children can be resolved by themselves if they plead each other with loyal motives, bright faces, and soft words. Due to the proliferation of COVID-19, it was not possible to freely engage in outdoor activities. Rather, a lot more time was spent with family. This caused conflicts over trivial matters. The dissatisfaction of small business owners due to government control was expressed. In such times, confucian values were the answer as a method of resolving conflicts. Therefore, even in the 21st century post COVID-19, when non-contact will be prevalent due to the development of electronic devices and changes in the environment of the times, the life style with flexible honesty, care and sympathetic communication that has traditionally been emphasized in the Orient will still be needed.
