목적 본 연구는 대학의 비대면 실기⋅실습수업 운영방식을 개선하기 위하여, 학습자들의 인식을 바탕으로 요구를 분석하고자 수행되었다. 방법 이를 위하여 충남 소재 대학생 220명을 대상으로 비대면 실기⋅실습수업 운영방식에 대한 요구를 파악하기 위한 설문조사를실시하였다. 설문조사도구는 42개 문항으로 구성되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS25를 활용하여, 다중회귀분석, 기술통계 방법으로분석되었으며, 개방형 문항은 주제 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 비대면 실기⋅실습수업에서 학습자들의 참여와 만족도를 높이기 위한 변인으로는 교수자의 학습관리 및 지도, 온라인 플랫폼의 접속 용이성, 교수와 학교의 지원이 중요한 것으로 분석되었으며, 이론강좌와 실기실습강좌 모두에서 동영상강의방식을 가장 선호하고, 평가방법은 이론강좌는 온라인 시험, 실기강좌는 대면평가 방식을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구결과는 대학의 비대면 실기⋅실습수업에서 학습자들의 요구사항을 반영하여 학습참여와 수업만족도를 높일 수 있는수업설계에 유용하게 활용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.
Objectives This study was conducted to analyze the learners’ needs for non-face-to-face practical class methods at university. Methods For this, the survey was conducted on 220 college students in Chungnam Area in order to figure out the needs about non-face-to-face practical class methods. The survey tool consisted of 42 questions, and the collected data was processed with multiple regression and descriptive statistical analysis by using SPSS25. Open-ended questions were processed with thematic analysis. Results The variables for raising learners’ participation and satisfaction in non-face-to-face practical classes included in teachers’ learning management and direction, convenience of online platform, and the importance of supports by teachers and schools. Video lecture was the most preferred method in both theoretical classes(M=4.35, SD=.727) and practical classes(M=4.03, SD=.965) and for grading methods, online test was preferred in theoretical classes, and direct contact test was chosen in practical classes, respectively. Conclusions The results of this study are expected to be usefully utilized in instructional design that can enhance learners’ participation and class satisfaction by reflecting learners' needs in non-face-to-face practical classes at university.
