4차 산업혁명시대가 도래하고 있는 상황에서 물류기업들은 시대의 요구에 대응하기 위한 노력과 혁신을 할 수밖에 없게 되었고 어느 때보다 효율적으로 경영 및 운영을 해야 하는 시기에 봉착하게 되었다. 이에 따라 물류기업들은 현재 얼마나 효율적으로사업을 수행하고 있는지 측정하고 효율성을 높일 수 있는 전략 및 방향을 제시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 주요 목적은 우리나라소재 대표적인 물류기업들의 효율성과 생산성을 DEA 모델을 이용하여 비교⋅분석하고 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 또한Malmquist 생산성지수를 이용하여 물류기업들의 다기간 생산성의 변화 추이를 분석하고, 어떤 영향으로 생산성이 변화하였는지파악한다. 즉, 다기간에 걸친 시간의 흐름에 따른 생산성 변화를 내부요인인 기술적 효율성 변화와 외부요인인 기술 변화로 구분해서 분석한다. 본 연구의 분석대상은 우리나라에 소재하여 사업을 하고 있는 매출액 기준 상위 150개 국내외 물류기업들이며, 분석의 대상 기간을 2015년부터 2019년까지 5년간을 다루는 시계열분석이라는 의의가 있다.
With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution era, logistics companies have no choice but to make efforts and innovation to respond to the demands of the market, and they are faced with a time when they need to manage and operate more efficiently than ever before. Therefore, logistics companies need to measure how efficiently they are currently performing their business and suggest strategies and directions to increase efficiency. The main purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the efficiency and productivity of logistics companies in Korea using the DEA model, and to draw implications. In addition, using the Malmquist productivity index, we analyze the change in productivity of logistics companies over a period of time and figure out what influences have affected the change in productivity. That is, we analyze the change in productivity over a multi-period by dividing it into technological efficiency change as an internal factor and an technological change as an external factor. In this study, we analyze 150 logistics companies based on their sales volume in Korea. It is meaningful in that it is a time series analysis that covers the target period of the analysis for 5 years from 2015 to 2019.
