배경 및 목적: 이 연구는 청소년의 진로개발역량을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 생태체계 관점에서 지역사회의 역할을 알아보기 위해, 청소년의 지역사회인식이 진로개발역량에 미치는 영향에서 공동체의식의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 방법: 이러한 목적을 밝히기 위해 창원시 중학생 660명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지 작성 방법으로, 2020년 11월 2주간 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS 21.0을 활용하였으며, 분석방법은 독립표본 t-test, 일원분산분석(ANOVA), 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하여 영향력을 알아보았다. 결과: 첫째, 지역사회인식이 진로개발역량에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공동체의식이 진로개발역량에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지역사회인식이 진로개발역량에 정적인 영향을 미치는데 공동체의식이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점: 이 연구를 통해 청소년의 진로개발역량을 향상시키기 위해서는 청소년 개인, 가정 및 학교를 넘어 긍정적인 지역사회인식과 공동체의식이 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 향후 청소년의 진로개발역량을 함양할 수 있도록 지역사회 구성원 모두가 노력할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Background&Purpose: This study is to verify the mediating effect of community consciousness in the effect of adolescents' perception of local communities on career development capabilities in order to improve adolescents' career development capabilities. Methodology: To clarify this purpose, it was conducted for 660 middle school students in Changwon for two weeks in November 2020, and SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the collected data, and the analysis method was conducted by conducting independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Findings: First, it was found that community perception had a positive effect on career development capabilities. Second, it was found that community consciousness had a positive effect on career development capabilities. Third, it was found that community awareness had a positive effect on career development capabilities, and community awareness mediated it. Conclusions: Through this study, it was confirmed that in order to improve adolescents' career development capabilities, positive community perception and community consciousness affect beyond youth individuals, families, and schools. It is expected that all members of the community will be able to find ways to make efforts to foster youth's career development capabilities in the future.
