연구목적: 발달장애인의 취업의사 결정요인에 대해 알아보고, 발달장애 유형에 포함되는 지적장애인과 자폐성장애인의 취업의사 결정요인에 차이가 있는지 알아본다. 연구방법: 2020년 발달장애인 일과 삶 실태조사 자료에서 주요 변수에 모두 응답한 미취업 발달장애인 1,135명을 분석하고, 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 이분형 로지스틱회귀분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 발달장애인의 취업의사 결정요인은 주관적 건강상태, 취업에 대한 가족의 지지, 고용서비스 경험으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지적장애인의 취업의사 결정요인은 주관적 건강상태, 취업에 대한 가족의 지지, 고용서비스 경험으로나타났다. 셋째, 자폐성장애인의 취업의사 결정요인은 학력, 취업에 대한 가족의 지지로 나타났다. 분석결과 지적장애인의 취업의사 결정요인과 자폐성장애인의 취업의사 결정요인에는 차이가 있었다. 결론: 발달장애인과 관련된 연구 진행 시 지적장애인과 자폐성장애인을 구분하여 분석하는 것이필요하다. 지적장애인과 자폐성장애인의 취업의사를 높이기 위해 건강권 보장, 고용서비스 개선, 교육권 보장, 부모교육 및 가족지원 확대를 제언하였다.


Purpose 또는 Objectives: Find out the determinants for willingness to work for unemployment people with developmental disabilities, and to find out if there is a difference in the determinants for willingness to work for people with intellectual disabilities and autistic disabilities. Method: 1,135 unemployed people with developmental disabilities who responded to all major variables in the 2020 work and life survey data for developmental disabilities were analyzed, and binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to solve the research problem. Results: First, the determinants for willingness to work for people with developmental disabilities were subjective health status, family support for employment, and employment service experience. Second, the determinants for willingness to work for people with intellectual disabilities were subjective health status, family support for employment, and employment service experience. Third, the determinants for willingness to work for people with autistic disabilities were found to be family support for education and employment. As a result of the analysis, there were differences in the determinants for willingness to work for intellectual disabilities and the determinants for willingness to work for people with autistic disabilities. Conclusion 또는 Implications: When conducting research related to people with developmental disabilities, it is necessary to separate and analyze people with intellectual disabilities and autistic disabilities. In order to increase the willingness to work of people with intellectual disabilities and autistic disabilities, health rights, improvement of employment services, education rights, and expansion of parental education and family support were suggested
