그동안 기독교 신앙의 요체라 할 수 있는 ‘신의 인격성’은 사랑과 구원이라는 기독교의 본래적 정체성을 위해 중심적 역할을 했음에도 불구하고 과도한 의인화로 인해 기독교의 우상화를 초래하는 원인이 되기도 하였다. 인격성-의인화-우상화의 고리를 끊어내기 위해서는 피조세계를 구성하는 무인격성이 창조주인 신에게서 비롯되었음에 주목하여 신의 무인격성에 대한 역설적 통찰을 통해 그러한 우상화의 문제를 극복하고 신-인 관계를 새롭게 정립하지 않으면 안 된다. 아울러 신앙의 주체가 되는 인간의 자기중심성에 근거한 종교적 투사로 인한 우상화는 오직 탈주체화된 새로운 주체의 정립으로만이 가능하다. 이에 본 논문은 신의 인격성에 의한 우상화가인간의 자기중심성으로 인해 왜곡된 ‘신의 의인화’에 그 원인이 있음을 지적하고 이를 극복하기 위한 대안으로서 인격의 탈주체화를 시도한다.
In the meantime, although the ‘personality of God,’ which can be said to be the essence of Christian faith, has played a central role for the original Christian identity of love and salvation, excessive personification has also contributed to the idolization of Christianity. In order to break the cycle of personality-personification-idolization, it must be acknowledged that the impersonality, that constitutes the created world originates from God, the Creator. And through paradoxical insight over the impersonality of God, it is necessary to overcome the problem of idolization and the relationship between God and man should be newly established. In addition, idolization due to religious projection based on the self-centeredness of man who becomes the subject of faith is only possible with the establishment of a new subject that has been desubjected. Accordingly, this thesis points out that the cause of idolatry by God’s personality is the distorted ‘personification of God’ due to human egocentrism, and attempts to desubject the personality as an alternative to overcome this.
