본 연구는 창의성을 강조하는 개정 누리과정의 방향과 창의적 인성이라는 복합적 개념을잘 반영하는 새로운 측정도구 개발의 필요성에 기초하여 만 3-5세 유아의 창의적 인성을 측정하는 도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다: 1) 유아창의적 인성 측정도구의 하위요인과 구성은 어떠한가? 2) 유아 창의적 인성 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도는 어떠한가? 측정도구 개발의 절차로 먼저 선행연구 분석을 기초로 하여 하위요인을 선정하고 이에 해당되는 77개의 예비문항 개발하여 7명의 전문가로부터 예비문항에 대한 내용타당도 검사를 거쳐 50개의 문항을 추출하였다. 40명의 유아를 대상으로 예비 조사를실시한 후 본 조사에서 수거된 741부의 설문자료에 대해 SPSS 22와 AMOS 22를 사용하여탐색적 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 타당도 검증 및 신뢰도 검증, 문항 양호도 검사를 통하여 최종 추출된 요인 및 문항은 상황 이해를 통한 몰입 9문항, 유쾌함을 동반한 독창성 10문항, 다양함에 대한 수용과 호기심 4문항이었다. 본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정에서 지향하는 주요 방향의 하나인 유아의 창의적 인성을 측정할 수 있는 측정도구를 과학적인 절차를 걸쳐 개발하였음에 의미가 있다. 이 측정도구는 유아기 주요 과업 중의 하나인 창의적 인성을 함양하는 데 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.
This study aims to develop and validate a creative personality scale for young children aged 3~5 based on the direction of the 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum that emphasizes creativity and the need to develop a new scale that well reflect the complex concept of creative personality. The research questions are as follows: 1) What are the sub-factors and composition of the creative personality scale for young children?; 2) How is the validity and reliability of the creative personality scale for young children? As the procedure of the scale development, sub-factors based on prior research analysis were selected, 77 preliminary questions were developed for these sub-factors, and 50 questions were extracted through content validity tests from seven experts. After conducting a preliminary survey on 40 early-childhood teachers, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22 for 741 survey data collected from the main survey. The final factors and questions extracted through validation, reliability, and goodness-of-fit tests were nine questions on concentration through understanding the situation, ten questions on originality with fun, and four questions on acceptance about diversity and curiosity. This study is meaningful in that it developed a scale that can measure the creative personality of young children, one of the main directions in the 2019 revised Nuri National Curriculum, through scientific procedures. This scale is expected to be useful in fostering creative personality, one of the main tasks of early childhood.
