검체검사의 기본 품질은 의료진에게 보다 신뢰성 있고 정확한 결과를 신속하게 제공하는 것이다. 이러한 검사결과를 보장하기위해서는 검사 중 발생하는 오류를 예방하는 품질관리를 충실하게 이행하는 것이다. 수탁기관은 여러 의료기관에서 의뢰받은 검사를 실시하므로 더욱 철저한 의뢰체계와 품질관리가 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 의료기관, 연구소 등에서 의뢰한 검체를 수거하여수탁기관에 전달하는 과정에서 안전하고 정확하게 전달될 수 있도록 검체의 현장 접수, 검체의 흐름과정 및 추적 등을 통해 검사전 단계(Pre-analytic)에서 오류를 예방하고 확인하고 조치 할 수 있는 프로세스와 시스템을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 바코드 오류, 접수 누락, 검체 누락 등의 오류를 감소할 수 있으며, 검체검사서비스에 있어 물류로의 시간, 공간, 인적정보를 결합한 완전성을 보여주며, 검체 흐름단계에서 얻어지는 정보롤 통해 조직과 작업자에 대한 적정한 성과 평가와보다 체계적인 변화와 품질관리를 할 수 있으며, 각종 상황과 이벤트에 대응력과 문제해결 능력을 보여주는 것으로써 검사품질과고객의 신뢰도 향상을 기대할 수 있다.
The basic quality of specimen testing is to provide medical staff with more reliable and accurate results quickly. In order to guarantee these inspection results, it is necessary to faithfully implement quality control to prevent errors that occur during inspection. A more thorough request system and quality control are required as the entrusted institution conducts inspections commissioned by several medical institutions. In this study, errors are prevented and errors detected in the pre-test stage through on-site reception of specimen, flow process and tracking of specimen so that they can be safely and accurately delivered during the process of collecting specimen requested by medical institutions, research institutes, etc. In this case, the process and system that can be acted upon are presented. Through this study, errors such as barcode errors, missing registration, and omissions of specimen can be reduced, and the completeness of time, space, and human information in the logistics of the sample inspection service is shown, and through the information obtained in the specimen flow stage. Appropriate performance evaluation for the organization and workers, more systematic change and quality control, and improvement of inspection quality and customer reliability can be expected by showing the ability to respond to various situations and events and solve problems.
