본논문은한국대표플랫폼기업인네이버를연구하고자하였다.먼저BCG메트릭스에기초한네이버수익성에대한매력도 를분석하였다.이러한관점에스타(STAR)사업과현금젖소사업,물음표사업,그리고개사업으로구분하여각각의요인을도 출하였다. 스타사업은플랫폼사업및커머스를예를들수있으며현금젖소산업으로는포털과배너광고를꼽을수있다. 또한 물륨표사업으로는네이버페이와같은핀테크사업,개사업으로는개인용클라우드사업을예를들을수있다. 이후7S모델을활용하여기업성장가능한요인을도출하고자하였다.이에따라전략,구조,시스템,기술,직원,스타일,그 리고공유가치로구분하여각각요인을추가도출하고이후결론에서요약및시사점을제시하였다.
