본 연구는 유아교육 전공 교과 수업에서 주마다 성경 구절을 읽고, 성경 구절과 관련한 일상에서의 실천을 학습 동료와 나눈 경험에 관해 탐구하였다. 예비교사에게 제공한 성경 구절은 한 학기 동안 e-러닝에서 주도적인 학습자 되기, 조별 과제하기, 모의 수업 실연하기, 조원평가 하기와 관련하여 선정하였다. 성경구절의 주제는 성실하기, 계획하기, 미워하지 않기, 경청하기, 화참기, 판단하지 않기, 칭찬하기, 정직하기 이다. 연구 참여자는 B 대학 2학년 유아교육과 예비교사 4인이다. 자료는 2019년 3월 13일부터 2019년 11월 7일까지 기록지, 설문지, 인터뷰 자료를 수집하였으며, 귀납적 분석 방법으로 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 예비교사들은 성경 구절로 시작하는 수업에서 1)종교색이 옅은 성경 구절로 마음 열기, 2) 학기 진행과 연결되는 성경 구절 제시하기, 3) 삶에 적용할 계획하기, 4) 일상에서 실천하기, 5) 실천 사례 공유하기를 경험하였다. 이로 인해 예비교사들은 1) 성장과 변화의 기회, 2) 공유를 통한 선한 영향, 3) 나의 변화가 오는 긍정적인 파문, 4) 삶에 스며드는 지속하는 실천, 5)좌표로 작용하는 기록하기의 의미를 드러내었다. 본 연구는 교과시간 중 짧은 시간을 이용한 성경 구절에 대한 나눔이 성경 구절의 의미를 예비교사의 삶에서 체화될 수 있음을 시사한다. 이는하나의 예비교사 인성교육 방법이 될 수 있음을 의미한다.
This study explored the experiences of reading Bible verses weekly in early childhood education major classes and sharing daily practice related to Bible verses with learning colleagues. The Bible verses provided to the preservice teachers were selected in relation to becoming a leading learner in e-learning, doing group assignments, performing a mock class, and evaluating the group for one semester. The themes of the Bible verses are: to be sincere, to plan, not to hate, to listen, to be patient, not to judge, to praise, to be honest. Participants in the study were 4 pre-service teachers in the 2nd year of B University. Questionnaires and interview data Data collected from March 13, 2019 to November 7, 2019. Data were analyzed by an inductive analysis method. As a result of the study, in class starting with Bible verses, pre-service teachers 1) open their minds with light Bible verses, 2) present Bible verses that connect with semester progress, 3) plan to apply it to life, 4) practice in daily life I experienced the following, 5) share practical cases. For this reason, pre-service teachers revealed the meaning of 1) an opportunities of growth and change, 2) a good influence through sharing, 3) a positive ripples from my change, 4) records acting as a coordinates, 5) continuing practices that permeate life. This study suggests that sharing of Bible verses using a short period of time during the course can embody the meaning of the Bible verses in the life of a pre-service teacher. This means that it can be a method of character education for pre-service teachers.
