본 연구에서는 지역의 혁신클러스터 정책 추진 방향에 대한 시사점 도출을 위해 경기도의 혁신클러스터 조성사례를 분석하였다. 광교 및 판교테크노밸리와 안산사이언스밸리를 대상으로 기존 연구에 대한 문헌분석, 입주기업 설문조사를 통해 분석한 결과, 광교, 판교, 안산 혁신클러스터는 입주기업의 특성과 지리적 여건 등에 따라 정책수요가 차별적으로 나타나는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 각 혁신클러스터가 보유하고 있는 역량과 구성원의 특징을 반영한 전략 및 육성 정책 수립이 필요하다는 점을 확인 하였다. 경기도 혁신클러스터의 경우 공통적으로 지속적으로 육성해야 할 요소는 고객/협력 업체 접근성인 반면 우선적으로 개선해야 할 사항으로는 광교테므노밸리는 시장진출 및 마케팅 여건, 판교테크노밸리는 대중교통, 안산사이언스 밸리는 우수인력 확보 여건 등이 제시되었다. 향후 지속적인 혁신클러스터의 발전과 육성을 위해서는 생동감 넘치는 클러스터 환경 조성, 전략산업 중심의 클러스터 육성, 글로벌 위상 강화 및 육성기반의 지속가능성 확보 등이 필요할 것이다.
In this study, we analyzed the case of innovative clusters in Gyeonggi-province to draw implications for the direction of regional innovative cluster policies. According to a literature analysis of existing research and a survey of tenant companies in Gwanggyo & Pangyo Technovalley and Ansan Sciencevalley, each innovation cluster needs to strengthen its strengths and implement policies to compensate for its shortcomings. Common strengths were business amenities, public support facilities, government support projects, and information acquisition conditions, and public transportation convenience and job training conditions were found to be common improvements. For future improvement, it was suggested to create a lively cluster environment, foster clusters centered on strategic industries, strengthen global status, and secure sustainability based on incubation.
