초지능과 초연결화를 특징으로 하는 제4차 산업혁명사회에서의 지능과 정보기술의 발전은 그 특징상 기존 산업혁명 사회보다 더 극명한 명암을 가진다. 본 논문은 산업혁명사회의 범죄와 대응의 발전과 변동사항을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 제4차 산업혁명사회의 범죄와 대응 현황을 살펴보았다. 제4차 산업혁명 사회를 지능정보사회로 개념화하여 분석한 결과, 제4차 산업혁명사회에서 발생하는 범죄는 대부분 사이버범죄였고 이에 대한 대응책 역시 사이버 보안이 가장 중요하게 거론되었다. 제4차 산업혁명사회의 사이버 범죄의 발생양상은 대체로 증가하는 추세를 보였으나 이에 대한 검거율 역시 증가하고 있음을 확인하였다. 법과 정책 또한 대체로 제4차 산업혁명사회의 범죄에 상응하는 정도의 발전을 보이고 있다. 법적으로는 제4차 산업혁명사회의 사이버 범죄에 대응하여 비교적 충실히 법률규정이 마련되어 있다는 평가를 받고 있으며 정책적으로도 제4차 산업혁명사회의 지능정보기술을 접목하여 범죄를 예방하고 있다.
The development of intelligence and information technology in the Fourth Industrial Revolution society, which features super-intelligence and hyper-connectedness, has more stark contrast than previous industrial revolution societies. This study examined the current states of crimes and responses in the Fourth Industrial Revolution Society with the aim of examining the development and changes in crimes and responses in the Industrial Revolution Society. According to the conceptualization and analysis of the Fourth Industrial Revolution society as an intelligent information society, most of the crimes that committed in the Fourth Industrial Revolution society were cybercrime, and cyber security was the most important response. In the Fourth Industrial Revolution society, the incidence of cyber-crime has generally been on the rise and the arrest rate has also increased. Laws and policies have also evolved appropriately in response to crime in the Fourth Industrial Revolution society in general. The law was evaluated as relatively faithful in response to cyber-crimes in the fourth industrial revolution society, and the policy also prevents crimes by applying intelligent information technology in the fourth industrial revolution society.
