복잡한 요구와 문제를 협업을 통해 해결해 나가는 역량은 사회복지를 비롯한 휴먼서비스 분야 전문가들에게 꼭 필요한 역량이다. 이에 본 연구는 대학 간 연계를 통해 문제해결형 융합교과목(사회문제해결 디자인 씽킹) 개발⋅운영 및 효과 분석을 목적으로 이루어졌다. 수업설계 모형인 ADDIE모형에 기초해 교과목을 설계하고, J대학과 L대학의 사회복지 등 휴먼서비스 분야 4개 전공학과 학생 16명을 대상으로 운영하였다. 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습법을 적용하였고, 디자인 씽킹 절차에 따라 운영하였으며, 교수자와 현장 전문가가 참여한 팀 티칭 전략을 활용하였다. 단일집단 사전사후설계에 기초해 참여 학생의 사회적 문제해결능력의 변화를 분석하였다. 윌콕슨(Wilcoxon) 순위검정을 실시한 결과 모든 하위요소-문제규명 및 구성, 대안적 해결마련, 의사결정, 실행 및 확인에서 유의미한 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학습자 참여 중심 교수학습법을 적용한 융합교육 운영을 위한 정보와 함의점을 제안하였다.
The ability to solve complex needs and problems through collaboration is a necessary competency for experts in the field of human services. The purpose of this study is developing, operating, and analyzing the effects of social problem-solving convergence course. Subjects were designed based on the ADDIE model and operated for 16 students majoring in four human services fields, including social welfare. The team-based PBL was applied. The class operated according to the design thinking procedure, and a team teaching strategy was used. Based on the one group pretest-posttest design of one group, the improvement of the social problem solving ability of participating students were analyzed. Collected data were analyzed by Wilcoxon test. The result was found that all sub-elements of social problem-solving ability changed significantly. Based on the research results, information and implications for the operation of convergence education applying learner-centered teaching and learning methods were proposed .
