In this study, we established untact tourism and developed its scales. We tried to develop scales of untact tourism in COVID-19. Untact tourism-related research is in the early stage in tourism, so we aim to develop the scales prior to the vigorous research. We develop an item pool consisting of 41 items and purified it by exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis with 234 consumers’ data. We retested the purified items by exploratory, confirmatory factor, and regression. To check up this scale of untact tourism, we hypothesized that characteristics of untact tourism and satisfaction with untact tourism are affected by untact tourism components. The result shows that untact tourism in the commercial relationship consists of 5 factors with 22 items, which are safety, congestion, nature-friendly, untact environment, and prevention system.
