Today,amidalackofsufficientsocialunderstandingoftheFourthIndustrialRevolution,notonly theeconomicworldbutalsothepoliticianpresidentialcandidatesaremakingrapidstepstopreempt theproblem.Theadventofthe4thIndustrialRevolutionisanirreversiblewave,andanatmosphere ofridingwithoutbeingsweptawaybythechallengesandwavesleftbytheentiresocietyisbeing created. The purpose of this study is to investigate domestic and foreign case studies and government support policies for each country in the rapidly changing 4th industrial era, identify problems, and find ways to activate them. Specifically, first, I would like to examine the concepts and characteristics of the 4th industrial era. Second, it presents the core technologies and expected effectsofthe4thindustrialera.Third, Iwouldlike tolookat the support policiesofeachcountry inthe4thindustrialera.Fourth,theresearchresultsandimplicationsaredrawn. Therefore, this study presented the following results and implications. First, the government should create a policy fund for proliferation of convergence industry. Second, it is necessary to establish a system for fostering creative and innovative science and technology talents. Third, the governmentandtheprivatesectormuststrengthentheirR&Dcapabilitiestogether.Fourth,inorder toattracteconomicadvantage,innovativestart-upsshouldcontinuetorevitalize.
오늘날4차산업혁명에대한충분한사회적이해가부족한가운데서도경제계는물론정치권 의 대선주자들도 문제 선점을 위해 빠른 행보를 보인다. 지금 4차 산업혁명의 도래는 거스를 수없는파도이며전시회에게남겨진과제와파도에휩쓸리지않고탈것같은분위기가연 출되고있다. 본연구는빠르게변화하는4차산업시대에국내외사례조사와국가별정부지원정책을고 찰하고 문제점을 파악하여 활성화 방안을모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 첫째, 4차 산 업시대의개념과특성을알아보고자한다. 둘째,4차산업시대의핵심기술과예상효과를제 시한다. 셋째, 4차산업시대의국가별지원정책을살펴보고자한다. 넷째, 연구결과와시사점 을도출한다. 따라서본연구에서는다음과같은결과와시사점을제시했다.첫째,정부는융합산업융성을 위한정책펀드조성해야한다. 둘째, 창조적·혁신적인과학기술인재의양성시스템의구축해 야한다. 셋째, 정부와민간이함께연구·개발능력강화해야한다. 넷째, 경제우위가유치하기 위해혁신적인스타트업이활성화를계속도모해야한다.
