본 연구의 목적은 포스트 코로나 시대 교회가 직면한 위기에 대응하기 위한 구체적인 신학 교육의 내용과 방법을 탐색해보는 것이다. 선행 연구 검토를 통해 신학 교육 모델, 신학 교육의 유익과 문제점, 신학 교육 방향을 교회성장의 관점, 신학 교육 위기의 관점, 4차 산업혁명 시대의 관점, 종교개혁가들의 관점에서 살펴보았다. 이어서 레지나 콜(Regina Coll)의 목회 수퍼비전의 모델과 이튼 화이트헤드(Eaton Whitehead)와 제임스 화이트헤드(James Whitehead), 캐리 도에링(Carrie Doehring), 챨스 스켈리제(Charles Scalise)의 목회 수퍼비전 방법론을 소개하였다. 이어서 목회 수퍼비전과 유사한 성격을 지니는 기독교 상담 수퍼비전의 내용과 방법론을 탐색한 뒤, 목회 수퍼비전과 기독교 상담 수퍼비전의 내용과 방법을 반영한 구체적인 신학 교육 사례로 서울 소재 H 신학대학원의 목회통합세미나 과목을 소개하였다. 목회 수퍼비전 보고서 양식에는 토의 문제, 목회에서 당면한 어려움, 신학적으로 통합된 어려움에 대한 해결 방향, 실제 목회에서 시행한 절차 및 목회에 대한 평가가 포함된다. 본 연구는 신학 교육에 기독교 상담학 훈련 관점만이 반영된 제한점이 있으므로, 앞으로 신학 교육의 구체화를 위한 다학제간 연구 및 콜로키엄 등을 후속 연구로 제안하였다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the content and methods of specific theological education to cope with the crisis faced by the post-Covid period. By reviewing previous research, the author explored theological education models, the benefits and problems of theological education, theological education from the perspective of church growth, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the religious reformers’ theology education. The author also introduced the model of Regina Coll's Pastoral Supervision and the structure of Pastoral Supervision of Eaton Whitehead and James Whitehead, Carrie Doehring, and Charles Scalise. After exploring the content and methodologies of Christian counseling supervision, which is similar conceptually to pastoral supervision, the author introduced a case example of the pastoral integration seminar at Theological Graduate School in Seoul reflecting the content and methods of pastoral supervision. The format of the pastoral supervision report includes discussion topics, difficulties the minister faces, integrative theological solutions of the difficulties, the procedures the minister applied, and an evaluation of the ministry. This study proposed interdisciplinary research and a colloquium for further study for theological education, as there are limitations to reflect only the perspective of Christian counseling training in theological education.
