본 논문은 옛이야기 그림책 『금강산 호랑이』가 일본에 소개되기 이전 이미 동화 「금강산 호랑이 퇴치」로 소개되었고 동화와 그림책은 다른 계보에 속하는 것을 먼저 밝혀 둔다. 동화와 그림책이 다른 계보에 속해 있어도 행위분석은 같은 결과로 나타났다. 옛이야기가 구전으로 전승되는 예술이기 때문이다. 다음으로, 행위분석에서 빠진 부분을 행위소로 분석하여 표로 나타내었다. 그 결과 행위소의 표면적 의미는 아버지의 복수이고 그 잠재적 의미는 유복이의 재생 이야기이다. 재생 이야기를 꾸미기 위해 유복이 이외의 등장인물은 모두 여성이었고, 유복이가 욕망하는 대상도 여성성을 나타내는 것이었다. 같은 행위소 분석으로 가테이분코의 장을 분석하여 표로 나타내었다. 그 결과 표면적 의미는 그림책 읽어 주기 등이고 그 잠재적 의미는 구술문화임을 밝혔다. 『금강산 호랑이』의 행위소 분석과 가테이분코의 장은 유사성이 있는데, 이는 구술문화와 깊은 관련이 있음을 알 수 있다. 옛날이야기는 구술로 전승되고 그림책 읽기는 음독이 원칙이다. 따라서 가테이분코의 장도 목소리로 이루어지는 커뮤니케이션 실천의 예로 볼 수 있는 것이다.
This article first clarified that the picture book, A TALE OF THE TIGER IN MOUNT KUMGANG, had been introduced as a folktale, Hunting a Tiger in Mount Kumgang, before it was introduced to Japan, and that the folktale and the picture book story belong to different genealogies. Even though they belong to different genealogies, their structure analysis showed meaningful similarities. Stories have been orally transmitted. As it is neglected in the structure analysis, an actant of the narrative of A TALE OF THE TIGER IN MOUNT KUMGANG was analyzed and presented in a table. While the surface meaning of the actant seems to be the vengeance of his father’s death, its deeper meaning dictates the story of Yubogi reborn. All the characters in the story, other than Yubogi, are women, and they are the objects of Yubogi's desire which turns to the direction of femininity. Using the same actant analysis, the field of ‘Katei BUNKO’ was also analyzed and presented in a table. On the surface it was a series of reading picture books, but its deeper meaning reveals the physicality of orality. The actant analysis of the picture book, A TALE OF THE TIGER IN MOUNT KUMGANG, and the field of ‘Katei BUNKO’ shows similarities between the two, and it can be acknowledged that they are closely related to ‘orality’. Folktales are handed down orally, and picture books are read aloud as a rule. Therefore, the field of Katei BUNKO can be seen as an example of vocal communication.
