본 연구의 목적은 자가진단 루브릭에 근거한 피드백 전략이 보육교사의 영유아 놀이의미 읽기 작성능력과 반성적 사고에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 보육교사들이 작성한 영유아 놀이의미 읽기 기록에 대해 자가진단 루브릭에 근거한 피드백 전략을 총 9회(2020년 11월9일~2021년1월15일)실시하였다. 연구결과 자가진단 루브릭에 근거한 피드백 전략이 보육교사의 영유아 놀이의미 읽기 작성능력 및 하위요인 놀이의 교육과정 연계성, 놀이의미 읽기, 놀이지원 계획, 문맥에 적합한 글쓰기 모두 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자가진단 루브릭에 근거한 피드백 전략은 반성적 사고 수준 및 하위항목 오류 인식, 생각의 변화, 질문제기 모두 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 보육교사의 영유아 놀이의미 읽기 작성을 위한 효과적인 교사교육 방법으로 자가진단 루브릭에 근거한 피드백 전략이 하나의 방법이 될 수 있음을 시사하였다.


The purpose of this study was to find out how the feedback strategy based on the self-assessment rubric affects the childcare teachers’ ability to read and write meaning of young children’s play and reflective thinking. To this end, the childcare teachers who participated in this study wrote a feedback strategy based on the self-diagnosis rubric for the reading and observational records of the meaning of children’s play, a total of nine times from November 9, 2020 to January 15, 2021. All these data were collected and analyzed. and the observation record of reading the meaning of young children play and reflective thinking evaluation data were collected and analyzed. As a result of the study, the feedback strategy based on the self-assessment rubric had a positive effect on the childcare teachers’ ability to read and write the meaning of children’s play. In other words, in reading the meaning of children‘s play, it had a positive effect on the curriculum connection, play observation, reading the meaning of play, plan for supporting children’s play, and writing appropriate for the context.. Also, it was found that the feedback strategy based on the self-assessment rubric had a positive effect in improving the level of reflective thinking. In the sub-items of reflective thinking, error recognition, change of thinking, and questioning were all improved. Based on these, it was suggested that a feedback strategy based on the self-assessment rubric could be an effective teacher education method for reading and writing the meaning of children’s play for childcare teachers in light of the importance of reading the meaning of children’s play in daycare centers.
