목적 본 연구에서는 중학교 교사의 0교시 체육수업 운영경험 분석을 통해 향후 0교시 체육수업과 관련된 다양한 교육적 의미 발견과정책적 방향 정립에 대한 정보를 발견하는 것에 목적이 있다. 방법 Q방법론을 적용하였다. Q모집단을 토대로 최종 25개의 Q표본을 선정하였고, P표본인 담당교사 20명을 대상으로 Q분류를실시하도록 하였다. 자료처리는 PQ method 2.35를 사용하였고, 센트로이드 회전 방법과 베리맥스 회전을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과, 총5개의 유형이 도출되었으며, 전체 유형 설명력은 60%로 나타났다. 제1유형은 신체적⋅정신적 건강 개선을 위한단초(端初)로 명명되었으며, 아이겐 값은 1.2550이며, 설명 분산은 .0600으로 나타났다. 제2유형은 학교생활 적응력 향상 및 일상생활으로의 긍정적 전이로 나타났으며, 아이겐 값은 1.4696, 설명 분산은 .0900이었다. 제3유형은 새로운 학교 스포츠 문화 생성으로 아이겐 값, 설명 분산이 각각 3.0021, .1200, 제4유형은 학교 내 환경에 적합한 0교시 체육활동 운영 시스템 보완으로 각각5.6554, .1300으로 도출되었다. 제5유형은 각 유형 간 공통점은 학교생활 적응 요인과 적극적인 수업 참여 변화에 대한 진술문으로나타났다. 결론 0교시 체육수업을 담당해 온 교사들은 아침 운동의 다각적인 효과에 대해 매우 긍정적으로 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이에반해, 교내 시스템의 보완과 정부 또는 교육청 차원의 제도적 보완이 시급한 실정임을 인지하고 있었다.


Objectives The purpose of this study was to discover various educational meanings related to the 0th period physical education class and to establish a policy direction through the analysis of the middle school teachers' experience of the classes. Methods Q methodology was applied. The final 25 Q samples were selected based on the Q population, and the Q sorting was conducted for 20 teachers who were the P samples. PQ method 2.35 was used for data processing, and centroid rotation method and varimax rotation were performed. Results As findings of the study, a total of 5 types were derived, and the total variance was found to be 60%. Type 1 was named as the first step for improving physical and mental health, and the Eigen value(Evs) was 1.2550, and the explanatory variance was .0600. In type 2, the subjects of improvement in school life adaptability and positive transition to daily life appeared, and the Evs was 1.4696 and the variance was .0900. Type 3 was the creation of a new school sports culture, and the Evs and variance were 3.0021 and .1200, respectively, and type 4 was derived as 5.6554 and .1300, respectively, as a supplement to the 0th period physical activity management system suitable for the school environment. What each type had in common was a statement about changes in school life adaptation factors and active class participation. Conclusions On the one hand, it was found that teachers who have been in charge of the lesson have a significant positive perception of the multifaceted effects of early morning exercise. On the other hand, it was recognized that there was an urgent need to developing the school's inner system and to supplement the system at the government or education office level.
