The study aimed to identify the quality of marine festival service experienced by visitors to marine festivals and how the quality of marine festival service affects festival image, destination image and revisit intention. A total of 300 copies of questionnaire were distributed, and excluding those displaying insincere responses and skewed distribution, the final 275 copies were used for empirical analysis. The results were as follows: first of all, the qualities of marine festival service including information, management, and human services, except for convenience, have a significant impact on the festival's image. The management element, in particular, has the greatest impact on the image of the festive event. Second, the festival image has a positive impact on the local image. Thirdly, the festival image exerts a beneficial influence on the visitors’ revisit intention. The results of this analysis have identified the quality of the marine festival service as an important factor that affects not only the festival image and the destination image, but also the intention to revisit the site.
