The human resources management of the modern hotel industry constantly updates the management perception facing the era changes. As a critical part of managing internal marketing, human resources management is regarded as a hot topic both in research and practice. With the aim of evaluating the research agenda in the field of the hotel industry and predict future trends, this study targeted exploring of human resources management (HRM) trends for a stream of the studies by utilizing topic modeling and semantic network analysis based on the Korean Citation Index (KCI) sample in the last year. Through NetMiner program, this study established on 995 published articles and 7,956 keywords over a year, finding that the top 10 keywords including ‘study’, ‘employee’, ‘effect’, ‘job’, ‘result’, ‘relationship’, ‘customer’, ‘service’, ‘satisfaction’, ‘performance’, and  7 topics centered on ‘behavior & system’, ‘relationship & performance’, ‘customer & service’, ‘law & contract’, ‘tourism development’, ‘hospitality employees’, and ‘change & society’. These findings fully demonstrate the scholars’ research focus and interests in the field of hotel human resources in the past year. Further, the results are discussed and concluded in future research.
