연구목적: 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 교사효능감을 향상할 방법을 모색하기 위하여 예비유아교사의 그릿,창의적 인성, 교사효능감 간의 관계 및 그릿과 창의적 인성이 교사효능감에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아 보고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 본 연구를 위해 B 지역에 소재한 대학의 예비유아교사 210명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson의 적률상관분석 및 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하 였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 예비유아교사의 그릿, 창의적 인성, 교사효능감에 대한 인식수준은 보통보다 약간 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 그릿, 창의적 인성, 교사효능감 간의 모든 관계에서 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 그릿, 창의적 인성이 교사효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 예비유아교사의 그릿과 창의적 인성이 교사효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사의 교사효능감을 증진을 위한 다양한 접근방법으로 그릿과 창의적 인성을 활용하 도록 하는 계기를 마련했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the relative impact of grit and creative personality on the sense of efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers. Methods: In this study, 210 pre-service early childhood university students in Busan were surveyed Data processing was conducted using the SPSS 22.0 program to perform a hierarchical regression analysis and Pearson’s correlation analysis. Results: First, pre-service early childhood teachers’ perceptions of grit, creative personality, and sense of efficacy were slightly higher than normal. Second, a significant static correlation appeared in the relationship between grit, creative personality, and teachers’ sense of efficacy. Third, grit and creative personality of pre-service early childhood teachers had a significant impact on their sense of efficacy. Conclusions: It was found that grit and creative personality of pre-service early childhood teachers had a positive effect on their sense of efficacy. These results indicate that grit and creative personality enhances a teachers’ sense of efficacy.
