본 연구는 Venkatesh et al.(2003)의 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT) 모형을 적용하여 제4차 산업혁명시대 부동산분야에 블록체인의 효율적 활용과 활성화를 위한 핵심사항이 무엇인지를 밝힘으로서 현재 뿐만 아니라, 향후에 부동산분야에 블록체인의 도입을 통하여 효율적인 활용과 활성화에 기여하고자 하였다. 따라서 연구자의 블록체인에 대한 강의를 수강한 인원을 대상으로 한 인식조사와 다중회귀분석에 의한 실증분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 부동산분야에서 블록체인의 활용을 활성화하여 부동산서비스산업의 발전을 도모하기 위해서는 부동산 관련 종사자들에게 블록체인 도입에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 갖도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 블록체인에 대한 전문적인 교육과 세미나 등을 통하여 그것에 접근할 수 있는 기회를 확대하고, 그와 동시에 부동산분야에서 블록체인 도입의 중요성과 필요성을 인식할 수 있도록 하는 것이 매우 중요하다고 할 것이다. 둘째, 부동산분야에 블록체인을 수용하기 위해서는 부동산과 관련된 데이터에 대한 신뢰성을 보장받을 수 있으며, 부동산분야와 관련된 다양한 정보시스템을 구축하고 유지보수에 소요되는 비용도 절감할 수 있다는 사회적 공감대가 형성되는 것도 매우 중요하다고 할 것이다.
This study applied the UTAUT model of Venkatesh et al.(2003) to reveal what is key to the efficient use and revitalization of blockchain in the real estate sector during the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Consequently, the following findings were obtained through an empirical analysis and recognition survey of experts or practitioners working in the service industry of real estate. First, in order to promote the development of the real estate service industry by revitalizing the use of blockchain in the real estate sector, it is important to ensure that real estate-related workers have a positive perception of the introduction of blockchain. Therefore, it is very important to expand the opportunity to access it through professional education and seminars on blockchain, and at the same time to recognize the importance and necessity of blockchain introduction in the real estate sector. Second, in order to accommodate blockchain in the real estate sector, it is also very important to have a social consensus that the reliability of real estate-related data can be guaranteed, and various information systems can be established and maintenance costs can be reduced.
