A Study on the Practical Implications for an Integrated Approach about Urban Regeneration Project and Smart City: Through Grounded Theory

본 연구는 근거이론 방법론을 적용하여 도시재생사업과 스마트시티의 통합적 실천을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 도시재생사업과 스마트시티의 통합적 접근을 위한 핵심현상으로써, ‘도시재생사업과 스마트시티의 통합 적 실천 욕구’가 제시되었으며, 이를 중심으로 핵심현상의 원인조건, 중재조건, 맥락조건, 작용/상호작용, 결과 등을 도출하였다. 도시재생사업과 스마트시티의 통합적 접근을 위한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시재생사업과 스마트 시티의 통합적 실천을 위해서는 지역주민들의 도시재생사업과 스마트시티의 통합적 실천 욕구가 중요하다. 둘째, 도 시재생사업과 스마트시티의 통합적 실천을 위해서는 도시재생사업과 스마트시티 두 전문분야를 통합적으로 접근이 가능한 전문가 양성 교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 도시재생사업과 스마트시티의 통합적 실천을 위해서는 도시재생사업과 스마트시티의 통합적 접근을 위한 법･제도적 정립이 필요하다. 넷째, 도시재생사업과 스마트시티의 통합적 실천을 위해서는 합리적인 의사결정을 통한 주민의 의견수렴 과정과 지속적인 마을사업의 운영 관리가 요구된다.

This study aims at analyzing the smart city-type urban regeneration project through grounded theory and then looking for practical implications of integrated approach about urban regeneration project and smart city. Three cases of the smart city-type urban regeneration project in 2017 were selected for this case study. This study suggests, the following practical implications for an integrated approach about urban regeneration project and smart city. First, it was found that the need for integrated implementation of urban regeneration project and smart city is important. Second, there was a lack of professional manpower, difficulties in cooperation between administrative departments, and conflicts among the resident. Third, it is necessary to establish legal and institutional arrangement for an integrated approach to urban regeneration project and smart city. Fourth, the process of collecting residents' opinions through rational decision-making and continuous operation and management of village projects are important.
