본 연구의 목적은 교육대학원에서 원격으로 실시한 팀학습에 대한 성인학습자의 경험을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 원격기반 팀학습의 효과적 실행방안을 도출하는 것이다. 연구결과, 팀학습 단계별 활동 시 ‘의견 제시, 상호협의, 공유, 조율’ 등 ‘소통 및 상호작용’ 관련 팀학습 활동을 주로 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 ‘기관 섭외, 계획 수립, 소통 및 배려, 기관 방문 및 인터뷰, 현장조사, 발표자료 작성, 보고서 작성’ 등 ‘원격상황에서의 단계별 팀학습 방법’ 등에 대한 긍정적 경험을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 ‘비대면 소통, 주제 방향 설정, 기관 방문 및 인터뷰 대상자 섭외, 각종 일정 조율’ 등 팀학습 전반에 걸쳐 어려움을 겪는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 내용을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 비대면 원격수업 환경에서 효과적인 팀학습 수행 방안을 제시하였다.
This study aimed to examine adult learners’ experience of team based learning conducted remotely at the Graduate School of Education, leading to deriving and to derive implementation plans for online team based learning. This study found that when adult learners performed team based learning steps, they mainly experienced of team based learning related to ‘communication and interaction’, such as presenting opinions, mutual consultation, sharing, and coordination. And, it was found that adult learners learned ‘steps of team based learning methods under remote situations’, such as ‘contacting institution, planning, communication and consideration, visiting institution and interviewing, field investigation, preparation of presentation materials, report preparation’, etc. But, the study found that adult learners ‘experienced’ overall difficulties of team based learning, such as‘non-face-to-face communication, setting topic direction, visiting institution and contacting interviewees, and a variety if schedule adjustments’. Based on the above contents, this study suggested an effective team based learning methods in the non-face-to-face distance learning situation.
