이 연구의 목적은 고등학생을 대상으로 하여 노동인권교육 및 세부 교육내용이 그들의 노동인권의식에 영향을 주는지를 살펴보려는 것이다. 관련 이론 검토를바탕으로, 노동인권교육 정도 및 노동인권교육의 세부 내용별로 우리 사회의 노동인권의식 수준 평가, 학생 자신의 노동인권감수성에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설을 설정하였다. 경남지역의 고등학생 6천여명을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 하였으며, 수집한 자료에 대하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노동인권교육 정도는 ‘우리 사회의 노동인권의식 수준 평가’에 정(+)적인 영향을 갖는다. 둘째, 노동인권교육 세부 내용 중에서 ‘노동권리 정보 교육’과 ‘노동권리 구제방식 교육’은 ‘우리사회의 노동인권의식 수준 평가’에 정(+)적인 영향을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노동인권교육 정도는 ‘학생 자신의 노동인권 감수성’에 정(+)적인 영향을 갖는 것으로나타났다. 넷째, ‘노동인권 존중 교육’은 ‘학생 자신의 노동인권 감수성’에 정(+)적인영향을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 고려할 때, 고등학생의 노동인권의식을 높이기위해서는 노동인권교육의 강화만이 아니라 노동인권교육의 목적을 고려하여 세부내용을 설정할 필요가 있다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of labor rights education and its details on their labor rights consciousness on high school students in Gyeongsangnamdo. Based on the review of related theories, hypotheses on the impact of labor rights education and detailed education on perspective of labor rights in Korean society and student's own sensitivity of labor rights were established. Statistical analysis was conducted on the questionnaire survey data. The results of the study are as follows. First, the degree of education on labor rights has a positive effect on the ‘perspective of labor rights in Korean society’ of high school students. Second, among the details of labor rights education, ‘education on labor rights information’ and ‘education on labor rights relief method’ have a positive impact on ‘perspective of labor rights in Korean society.’ Third, the degree of education on labor rights has been shown to have a positive impact on the sensitivity of high school students to their own labor rights. Fourth, education for respecting labor rights was found to have a positive impact on high school students' own sensitivity of labor rights. In order to enhance high school students' labor rights consciousness, it is necessary to not only strengthen education on labor rights but also set details in consideration of the purpose of education.
