목적 본 연구에의 목적은 보육교사의 교사권리인식이 아동의 훈육방법에 미치는 영향에서 아동권리 인식의 조절효과를 확인하는것이다. 방법 서울⋅경기도 소재 관련 기관 보육교사 378명의 설문자료를 수집하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 위해서 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 신뢰도 검사, 기술통계, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 조절변인의 효과를 확인하기 위하여 평균중심화를 거쳐 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 보육교사권리 인식이 아동의 훈육방식에 미치는 영향에서 아동권리 인식에는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 보육교사 스스로의 권리 인식과 아동의 천부적 인권과 권리 및 올바른 교육적 훈육을 위해서 보육교사 전문성 제고의 노력이지속적으로 필요하며 관련된 쟁점과 연계된 예비보육교사 교육과정 개발 및 현직 보육교사 재교육 프로그램의 개발 및 실천이 필요하다.
Objectives Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of child-care teachers' perception of children's rights in the effect of teachers' perceptions of rights on children's discipline method. Methods For this purpose, questionnaire data of 378 childc-are teachers from related institutions in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were collected and analyzed. For this purpose, reliability test, descriptive statistics, and controlled regression analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0. Results In the effect of child-care teacher's rights perception on children's discipline, it was confirmed that the child's rights awareness had a moderating effect. Conclusions Efforts to enhance the professionalism of child-care teachers are continuously required for awareness of their own rights, children's innate human rights and rights, and proper educational discipline. It requires development and practice.
