본 연구는 사회복지사의 복지태도가 다문화태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 복지태도와 다문화태도의 관계에서 인권의식이 매개효과가 있는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 사회복지사 161명을 대상으로 편의표집방식으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 24를 사용해 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복지사의 복지태도가 긍정적일수록 다문화태도는 긍정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 복지태도와 다문화태도의 관계에서인권의식은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지사의 복지태도, 인권의식, 다문화태도와 관련한 정책과 실천방안 및후속연구에의 함의를 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of welfare attitude on multicultural attitude of social workers and to examine mediating effects of human rights consciousness. For this purpose, data were collected from 161 social workers by convenience sampling method and surveyed through online survey, and analyzed by SPSS 24 program. The findings of this study are as follows. First, welfare attitude of social workers had a positive influence on multicultural attitude. Second, human rights consciousness of social workers had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between welfare attitude and multicultural attitude. Based on the above results, implications for policy, practice, and future research suggestions for increasing welfare attitude and human rights consciousness of social workers in order to increase multicultural attitude were further discussed.
