This study adopts DINESERV to research the characteristics of ice flake store customers. As the research domain, this study selects Sulbing. The dependent variable of this research is revisit intention. Five attributes are chosen based on DINESERV, which are price fairness, convenience, atmosphere, employee service, and food quality. For testing hypotheses, this study used survey instruments. The data collection was implemented by Google survey. The number of observation for the data analysis is 202. Additionally, this study carried out statistical analysis for the data examination. Considering the results, three attributes (e.g., price fairness, convenience, and employee service) appeared as the significant attributes to account for revisit intention. The directions are positive. Also, the results showed that the female customers showed higher revisit intention. This study contributes to the literature by presenting the accountability of DINESERV in the area of ice flake store regarding revisit intention as the explained attribute.
