본 연구의 목적은 유아의 사회정서능력 및 부모의 양육역량 함양을 위한 부모교육전문가과정을 개발하고 그 효과성을 질적 분석을 통해 검증하는 것이다. 이에 따라 다층구조모델기반 한국형 CSEFEL 부모교육프로그램을 현장 중심 인지적 도제교육방법을 적용한 부모교육전문가과정으로 구축하였다. 연구대상은 유아교육전문인 10인이며, 전체 교육과정 11회기와이와 병행하는 현장실행 5회기를 실시하였다. 자료는 포커스그룹인터뷰를 통해 수집하였으며, Strauss와 Cobin이 제시한 지속적 비교방법을 따라 질적으로 분석하였다. 개발과정에서 사회적 타당도와 충실도를 확보하여 만족도, 유용도, 충실도를 구축하였다. 연구결과 다층구조모델 기반 사회정서 부모교육전문가과정은 유아교육전문인들이 변화와 성찰을 경험하도록 하였고, 실행중심 양육프로그램과 사회정서인성이 중심이 된 기관 운영의 방향성을 제시하였으며, 부모교육전문가로서 현장실행역량을 갖추게 하였다는 점에서 효과성을 입증하였다.
The study aimed to develop a parent education expert course to enhance young children’s social emotional competence and parents’ parenting competency, and verify its effectiveness through qualitative analysis. Accordingly, a Korean CSEFEL parent education program based on a multi-tiered model was designed as a parent education expert course using a field-centered cognitive apprenticeship education method. Participants were 10 experts in early childhood education, who conducted 11 sessions of the entire curriculum with 5 field implementation sessions. Data collected through focus group interviews were qualitatively analyzed using the continuous comparative method by Strauss and Cobin. Social validity and fidelity were secured in the developing process, and satisfaction, usefulness, and fidelity were built accordingly. The results showed that the social emotional parent education expert course based on a multi-tiered model was effective in the following points. It made early childhood education experts experience change and reflection. It suggested an implementation-centered parenting program and the direction of the institutional operation centered on social emotional personality. Futhermore, it made early childhood education experts equipped with field practice competency as parent education experts.
