본 연구의 목적은 사립유치원 K-에듀파인 이용 실태와 업무담당자의 인식을 분석하는 데있다. 이를 위해 24개 문항의 설문지를 개발하여 2021년 4월 8일부터 4월 20일까지 전국 사립유치원의 업무담당자 143명을 대상으로 조사하였고 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 과반수는 K-에듀파인 업무를 위해 주당 14시간 이상을 할애하고 있었으며 행정직원이 부재하여 원장과 원감이 업무를 담당하고 있었다. 시스템 활용 방법에 대한 이해도는 보통 이상이었으나 재무회계 관련 이해도는 보통 이하 수준이었다. 또한, K-에듀파인과 관련한 교육, 연수, 지원서비스 등에 다양하게 참여하고 있었다. 둘째, K-에듀파인의 도입으로재정투명성과 신뢰성 제고에 대해서는 긍정적이었으나 업무의 편리성 및 업무 경감과 관련해서는 부정적이었다. 또한, K-에듀파인을 이용하면서 사립유치원의 특성이 충분히 반영되지 않은 것, 전담 행정직원의 부재, 절차의 복잡성, 재무회계에 대한 전문성 부족 등으로 어려움을겪는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 K-에듀파인의 안정적인 이용을 위해 행정직원 배치와 같은 현실성 있는 지원 마련과 지속적인 시스템 개선, 그리고 교육을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다.
The study aimed to analyze the actual use of K-edufine in private kindergartens and the perceptions of those in charge. To this end, a questionnaire of 24 questions was developed; a survey was conducted on 143 people in charge of private kindergartens from April 8 to April 20, 2021, and the results were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The results of the study were as follows. First, most of the respondents devoted more than 14 hours per week to K-edufine work, and the principal and the assistant principal oversaw the work due to the absence of administrative staff. The degree of understanding of how to use the system was above average, but the degree of understanding related to financial accounting was below average. They participated in various education, training, and support services related to K-edufine. Second, the introduction of K-edufine was positive for improving fiscal transparency and reliability, but negative for convenience and reduction of work. In addition, when using K-edufine, it was found that the characteristics of private kindergartens were not sufficiently reflected: the absence of an administrative staff in charge, the complexity of procedures, and lack of expertise in financial accounting. Therefore, for the stable use of K-edufine, it was found that the provision of realistic support, such as the deployment of administrative staff, continuous improvement of the system, and education are required.
