목적 본 연구에서는 초등진로교육을 위한 디자인씽킹 기반의 앙트러프러너십 교육모형 개발을 목적으로 하고 있다. 방법 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 모형의 초안 구안을 위해 관련 문헌 분석 및 사례연구, 요구조사를 실시하였고, 모형의 초안에 대한 전문가평가를 통해 완성안을 구안하였다. 또, 완성안의 검증을 위해 실험연구를 실시하여 양적 검증을 하였고, 실험참여자에대한 디브리핑을 통해 질적자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구의 주제와 관련한 문헌 분석, 사례 분석, 요구조사를 통해 모형의 핵심가치와 설계원리, 프로세스와 지원구조를 도출하여 모형의 초안을 구안하였다. 또, 모형의 초안에 대한 전문가 평가를 통해 모형의 완성안을 개발하고 이를 검증하였다. 결론 본 연구에서는 초등진로교육을 위하여 앙트러프러너십 교육모형을 개발하였다. 본 모형은 사회의 모든 구성원이 갖추어야 할핵심역량으로서의 앙트러프러너십을 강조하고 있으며, 디자인씽킹의 공감적 문제해결과정에 기반하므로 공동체 가치구현의 내재적 가치를 가진다.
Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop a model of entrepreneurship education based on Design Thinking for career education in elementary school. Methods To achieve the purpose of this study, literature research, case study, and demand surveys were carried out for the draft model, and the completion model was devised through expert evaluation of the draft model. In addition, quantitative data was analyzed by conducting experimental research to verify the completion model. And qualitative data was collected through debriefing of participants and analyzed. Results Through literature analysis, demand surveys and case study related to the subject of this study, the core values and design principles, processes, support structures were derived and the draft model was designed. Furthermore, the completion model was developed and verified by expert evaluation of the draft model. Conclusions In this study, the entrepreneurship education model was developed for career education in elementary school. This model emphasizes entrepreneurship as a core competency for all members of society, and has the intrinsic value of community value implementation because it is based on the empathetic problem solving process of Design Thinking.
