본 연구의 목적은 폭력 피해자 지원기관에 종사하는 전문직 간 협력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 성폭력 가정폭력 성매매 피해자를 지원하는 국가 공공 개입 시스템인 통합지원센터 전문직 간 협력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석을 위하여 통합지원센터 전문직 종사자 213명을 대상으로 개인수준(1수준)으로, 통합지원센터 30개소를 대상으로 조직수준(2수준)으로 분석하였다. 같은 조직에 종사하는 전문직 간에는 조직 특성의 영향을 공유하여 종속적인 특성을 가지는 반면 타 조직 전문가들과는 서로 다른 독립적인 관계임을 고려하여 다층모형분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 개인수준에서는 근무형태, 직급, 상대전문직에 대한 인식, 2차 피해에 대한 태도가 전문직 간 협력에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직수준에서는 기관유형, 운영기간이 전문직 간 협력에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 폭력 피해자를 지원하는 통합지원센터 전문직 간 협력을 촉진할 수 있는 실천적․정책적 함의를 도출하였다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the collaboration of professionals in institutions that support victims of violence. To achieve this, the researcher analyzed factors affecting collaboration among professionals at the Integrated Support Center, a state public intervention system, that supports victims of sexual violence, domestic violence, and prostitution. For analysis, 213 professionals at the Integrated Support Center were analyzed at the individual level (level 1) and the Integrated Support Centers in 30 locations were analyzed at the organizational level (level 2). Multi-level Model Analysis was conducted considering that there are two groups of professionals with different experiences being observed. One group is working in the same organization and they share the effects of the organization's characteristics while the second group is independent of such experiences because they do not work in the same organization. The analysis showed that at the individual level, working types, positions, awareness of other professional groups, and attitudes toward secondary damage have statistically significant effects on collaboration between professionals. At the organizational level, it was analyzed that the types of institution, and the number of years the institution has operated, had statistically significant effects on collaboration between professionals. These findings suggest practical and political implications to facilitate collaboration among professionals at the Integrated Support Center to support victims of violence.
