The results of the study are as follows. First, the relationship between hotel internal marketing and organizational commitment had a significant impact, except that communication did not affect emotional commitment. Second, hotel organizational commitment had an impact on business performance. Third, the hotel's internal marketing had a positive effect on management performance. The results showed that the hotel's internal marketing had a positive effect on management performance. In this regard, hotel employees should provide important opportunities to establish and manage personal goals such as promotion as well as career growth through their jobs and to check the value of their performance. Fourth, the moderating effect of organizational trust between the hotel's internal marketing and business performance was modest except for communication, financial management performance, and business support and non-financial management performance. As a result of this study, internal marketing plans and strategies should be established in-house so that internal marketing for hotel employees can positively affect management performance through organizational commitment
