학자들은 일찍이 五一簡 중 “朱宏·劉宮臧罪案”과 관련된 10매의 兩行簡과 1매의 簽牌를 편련해 한 권의 冊書로 만들었다. 이런 기초 위에서 본 논문은 冊書에 속한 1매 簡牘의 위치를 조정하고 최근 공개된 자료에 근거해 1매 簡牘을 덧붙이는 한편 冊書와 내용이 무관한 것을 제거함으로써 ≪從掾位悝言考實倉曹史朱宏、劉宮臧罪竟解書≫라는 이름의 冊書를 원본에 가깝게 복원하고자 하였다. 해당 冊書의 내용과 구조에 대해 고증 및 분석을 새롭게 진행함과 동시에 본 논문은 標題簡과 簽牌가 冊書의 명명에서 어떻게 구별되는지, 문서운행 중 중간 단계에서 누적되는 동태적 변화 등의 정황에 대해 토론을 진행하여, 簽牌가 檔案의 보존 과정 중 제작된 것으로 冊書의 운행과는 아무런 관련이 없어 冊書의 標題로는 부적합하다는 점을 지적하였다.
Scholars have compiled more than ten wooden slips and one signboard related to the case of Zhu Hong, Liu Gong Zangzui(朱宏、劉宮臧罪) text from the Wuyi Square Eastern Han manuscripts. The present study has rearranged the position of one wooden slip in the text, added the content of one wooden slip and removed unrelated content based on the latest published materials. Thus, a text that is closer to the original version has been restored, with the wooden slip titleCongyuanwei Kui Yan Kaoshi Cangcaoshi Zhu Hong, Liu Gong Zangzui Jingjieshu(從掾位悝言考實倉曹史朱宏、劉宮臧罪竟解書). In addition to this, this paper reexamines and analyzes the content and structure of the text, and discusses the differences between the wooden slips and the signboard in the text’s title as well as the dynamic changes accumulated in the middle stage of the document processing. As a result, it is found that the signboard was made during the preservation phase of the document and is not related to the processing of the document, thereby not suitable for the title of the text.
