본 연구의 목적은 대학원에서 시행하는 원격수업의 지속적인 참여의향에 영향을 미치는 변인들의 영향력과 구조적인 관계를 탐색하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모형과 기대일치모형을 토대로 외부변인(지각된 용이성, 기대일치), 매개변인(지각된 유용성, 만족감, 태도), 그리고 종속변인(지속적 참여의향)을 설정하고 측정모형을 구안하였다. 본 연구에서는 수도권 소재 A대학교 7개 대학원에서 2020학년도 1학기에 개설한 원격수업을 모두 이수한 석·박사 과정 대학원생들을 중심으로 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구를 통해, 첫째, 원격수업에 대한 태도가 대학원생의 지속적인 참여의향에 가장 많은 영향을 미침을 파악할 수 있었다. 둘째, 원격수업에 대한 만족도가 대학원생의 지속적인 참여의향에 두 번째로 많은 영향을 미침을 파악할 수 있었다. 셋째, 원격수업에 대한 지각된 용이성과 기대일치가 대학원생의 지속적인 참여의향에 간접적으로 영향을 미침을 파악할 수 있었다. 넷째, 원격수업에 대한 지각된 유용성이 대학원생의 지속적인 참여의향에 영향을 미침을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 상기와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로, 대학원에서의 원격수업 시스템 개발자, 관계자, 교수자를 대상으로 제언 및 시사점을 제시하였다.
This study explores the influence and structural relationship of variables that influence the intention to continue participation in online classes at graduate schools. In this study, external variables (perceived ease of use, expectancy confirmation), intermediate variables (perceived usefulness, satisfaction, attitude), and dependent variables (continuous participation intention) were set based on the technology acceptance model and expectation confirmation model, and a measurement model was devised. Data were collected focusing on students in master's and doctoral programs who completed all online classes, which started in the first semester of 2020 at seven graduate schools of A University in the metropolitan area. Through this study, it was first found that the attitude toward online classes has the greatest impact on graduate students’ continuous participation intention. Second, it was found that the satisfaction with online classes has the second greatest influence on graduate students’ continuous participation intention. Third, it was found that the perceived ease of use and expectancy confirmation for online classes indirectly influence graduate students’ intention to continue participation. Fourth, it was found that online classes’ perceived usefulness influenced the continuous participation intention of graduate students. Based on the above results, suggestions and implications were submitted to developers, related personnel, and online graduate school instructors.
