최근 포스트 코로나 시대에 대한 논의가 확대되면서 ‘컨택트 사회’에서 ‘언택트사회’로 이행을 위해 산업구조만이 아니라, 삶의 방식 자체가 변화해야 한다는 주장이 등장하고 있다. 그러나 감염병으로부터 국민의 안전을 지키기 위해서 언택트사회로의 이행이 불가피하다는 식의 논리는 탈 노동 사회로의 이행이라는 현실을은폐하고 이에 대한 면죄부 역할을 할 수 있다. 나는 포스트 코로나 시대의 핵심과제는 탈 노동사회의 사회적 안전망 구축에 있으며, 이를 위해서는 사회구성원을사회 재생산 주체로 인정하는 제도적 질서가 형성되어야 하고, 그 방법은 기본소득제라고 본다. 본 논문은 이런 시각에서 첫째, ‘언택트 사회’ 담론이 현실 인식을 왜곡하는 허위의식 역할을 하고 있음을 밝힌다. 둘째, 코로나 이후 탈 노동 사회를대비하기 위한 사회적 안전망 확보를 위해 기본소득제가 필요하며, 이는 사회구성원 모두를 사회 재생산 주체로 인정할 때 가능함을 주장한다. 셋째, 코로나 팬데믹상황에서 우리 국민이 서로가 상호의존적 존재이며, 동등한 사회 재생산 주체임을체험하게 되었음을 지적하면서, 포스트 코로나 시대 사회변혁 운동의 방향이 기본소득제 관철을 위한 인정 투쟁에 있음을 주장한다.
Recently the discussions about the post-corona era have expanded. There is a claim that not only the industrial structure, but also the way of life itself needs to be changed in order to transition from a “ contact society ” to a “ untact society ”. H ow ever, the logic that the transition to an untact society is inevitable in order to protect the public from infectious disease can conceal the reality of transition to a post-labor society and serve as an indulgence for this. I believe that the core task of the postcorona era is to establish a social safety net in a post-labor society, and for this an institutional order that recognizes members of society as the subject of social reproduction must be formed, and the method is the basic income system . From this perspective, first, this article reveals that the discourse of “ untact society ” plays a role of false consciousness that distorts the perception of reality. Second, it argues that the basic income system is necessary to secure a social safety net to prepare for post-labor society, and this is possible when all m em bers of society are recognized as subjects of social reproduction. Third, it pointed out that in the corona pandemic situation, Koreans have come to experience that each other is interdependent and equally responsible for social reproduction, arguing that the direction of social transformation movement in the post-corona era is in the struggle for recognition to achieve the basic income system .
