The content of this study is to confirm the factors necessary for hotel companies' survival strategies even in difficult situations such as COVID-19. Through the analysis results of this study, we sought to derive alternatives and implications for the leadership of middle managers in hotel companies to enhance the organizational trust and job performance of their members. Sample data for statistical analysis were used in a total of 377 surveys of employees working at hotels. The collected data were performed for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and feasibility test, and multiple regression analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, emotional leadership has been shown to significantly effect on job performance, except for self-managing capabilities. Emotional leadership has been shown to have a partial positive impact on job performance. Second, emotional leadership has been shown to have a positive influence on organizational trust. Third, organizational trust has been found to have a positive impact on job performance. Through this analysis result have once again recognized the importance of emotional leadership of managers in hotel, even in difficult conditions such as COVID-19.
