Tourist mobility is a vital element in tourism planning. The lack of travel mobility information can make tourists feel uncertain and tourists try to acquire information by using smartphone applications(apps). Therefore, this study aims to understand how the quality of travel mobility apps, and uncertainty before travel, and Serendipity during travel affect the overall travel satisfaction, and in particular, we try to verify the mediating effect of uncertainty and serendipity on the formation of travel satisfaction. As a result, it is confirmed that travel mobility app quality has a positive effect on the satisfaction of mobility apps and overall travel satisfaction. Furthermore, the satisfaction of mobility apps has been confirmed to reduce the uncertainty before travel, but it has been confirmed that uncertainty does not significantly affect the overall travel satisfaction. These results show that people want to predict the future and plan a trip, but knowing in advance what will happen during the trip can reduce the satisfaction of the trip.
