본 연구는 지적장애학생의 균형잡힌 성 발달을 지원하기 위한 성교육 프로그램을 모듈형으로 개발하고, 타당도와 양호도를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌분석, 지적장애학생 요구조사, 전문가 집단 델파이 조사(2차), 특수교사 양호도 조사 등의 연구방법을 순차적으로 실시하였다. 그 결과 프로그램의 내용 타당도와 구조 타당도 모두 전체 평균 4.60이상으로 높게 나타났으며, 급내상관계수도 .900(p<.001)이상의 높은 신뢰도를 보였다 다만, 구조타당도의 켄달계수가 통계적 유의미성을 확보하지 못하거나 낮은 일치도를 보였다. 양호도는 전체평균 4.45이상이며, 전체 세모듈이 놓은 정적상관관계를 보였다. 최종적으로 개발한 프로그램은 대모듈 4개, 중모듈 7개, 소모듈 14개, 세모듈 29개(신체구조와 기능, 2차 성징(여자, 남자), 신체청결, 속옷청결, 자위, 생리, 공간적/신체적 경계, 신체적/언어적/시각적 성폭력, 데이트 폭력, 성매매, 음란물, 디지털 성범죄, 연인관계 맺기, 데이트 기술, 연인관계 끊기, 자립, 결혼, 가족, 청소년의 성관계와 자기결정, 성관계, 피임, 임신과 태아성장, 출산과 육아, 남녀의 차이와 차별, 성적 다양성)로 구성되었다. 끝으로 본 프로그램의 전체 또는 부분을 실제 특수교육 장면에 적용하는 후속연구를 제안하였다.
The purpose of this study is to develop a sex education program in a modular format to support the balanced sexual development of students with intellectual disabilities. And it tried to examine the validity and usability. To this end, research methods such as literature analysis, students with intellectual disability needs survey, expert group Delphi survey (2nd round), and special teacher usability survey were sequentially conducted. As a result, both the content validity and the structural validity of the program were above 4.60 points on the overall average. The Intracorrelation coefficient also showed high reliability with over .900(p<.001). However, the Kendall coefficient of structural validity did not secure statistical significance or showed low concordance. The usability is above the overall average of 4.45 points. And it showed a positive correlation between all three modules. The program finally developed was 4 large modules, 7 medium modules, 14 small modules, and 29 small modules: physical structure and function, secondary sex characteristics (female, male), body cleanliness, underwear cleanliness, masturbation, menstruation. spatial boundaries, physical boundaries, physical/verbal/visual sexual violence, dating violence, prostitution, pornography, digital sexual crime, forming a romantic relationship, dating skills, breaking off a romantic relationship, self-reliance, marriage, family, sexual relations and self-determination of adolescents, sexual relations, contraception, pregnancy and fetal growth, childbirth and care, gender differences and sexual discrimination and sexual diversity. Finally, a follow-up study was proposed that applies all or part of this program to the actual special education scene.
