본 연구는 학교사회복지사 수련이론 교육과정을 개발하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국학교사회복지사협회가 주관한 2005년부터 2019년까지의 학교사회복지사 자격시험 합격자 자격연수 자료집을 중심으로 연수 내용을 정리하고 최근 한국학교사회복지학회에 발표, 게재된 학술자료와 보건복지부의 학교사회복지사 국가자격 운영방안 등에 대한 문서를 검토하였다. 또한, 경력이 5년 이상인 학교사회복지사와 학교사회복지론을 담당하는 교수진 등 30명의 패널을 선정하여 2회에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 그에 따라 총40시간, 4개 영역 16과목의 수련이론 교육과정의 기본 틀을 구성하였고, 이를 통해 수련제도에 적용할 수 있도록 하는 기초자료가 되고자 한다.
This study was conducted for the purpose of developing the school social worker training theory curriculum. To this end, the training contents are organized around the training materials for those who passed the school social worker qualification exam from 2005 to 2019 organized by the Korean School Social Workers Association. Recently, the academic materials presented and published in the Korean Society of School Social Work were reviewed, as well as documents on the management plan of national qualifications for school social workers of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. In addition, a panel of 30 members, including a school social worker with more than 5 years of experience and a faculty in charge of school social welfare, was selected and conducted two Delphi surveys. Accordingly, the basic framework of the training theory curriculum of 16 subjects in 4 areas with a total of 40 hours was formed, and through this, it is intended to be a basic material that can be applied to the training system.
