The goal of this study was to measure authentic leadership of contract foodservice management company and the relationship between the authentic leadership and employee’s turnover intend. The moderating effect of followership between turnover intention and authentic leadership, based on the verified theories, was also focused. For this research purpose, this study examined hypotheses by examining previous studies on each variable and analyzed the results of questionnaire with a total of 716 respondents. Empirical analyses were conducted using SPSS 18.0. and AMOS 18.0. The major results from various statistical analyses are as follows. Authentic leadership has an negative affect on turnover intention. In other words, based on the empirical study, it can be seen that the authentic leadership in the organization affects the turnover intention. The moderating effect of followership has a little effect between turnover intention and authentic leadership. In terms of the impact of authentic leadership on the turnover intention, significant results have been shown in groups with high followership. This is in line with the results of a prior study on general companies, hotels, and service companies that sincerity leadership has a positive impact on job satisfaction and organizational immersion.
