The purpose of this study was to identify the needs of potential tourists in preparation for the resumption and revitalization of North Korean tourism. And by identifying what patterns exist between the elements, present the theoretical basis for establishing the direction of tourism policy and marketing in the future. As a result of regression analysis between push factor and pull factor, it was confirmed that push factors affecting tourism infrastructure experience value among pull factors are novelty and similarity. Push factors that influence the different culture experience value among pull factors were analyzed as novelty, adventure and similarity. And push factors that influence the pleasure pursue value among pull factors were analyzed as novelty and similarity. And push factor that influence the historical resource pursue value among pull factors was only novelty. Lastly, both push factor and pull factor were found to have an effect on visit intention. Based on these results, in order to improve the intention to visit North Korea, it is necessary to expose information focusing on novelty, adventure, and similarity that can stimulate the motivation for tourism in North Korea.
