The volume of air mail is being reshaped mainly for B2B and B2C goods or parcels in accordance with the development of e-Commerce. This study aims to analyze the international network of air mail growing into the transport route of e-Commerce and to present its development direction. Therefore, we analyzed 3 centralities (degree centrality, closeness centrality, betweenness centrality) of air mail networks from 2014 to 2018 for the top 100 cities of mail traffic volume through Social Network Analysis (SNA) methodology. As a result of analysis, Frankfurt (Germany), London (United Kindom), Istanbul (Turkey), Amsterdam (Netherland) in Europe occupies an absolute position in 3 centralities, and Hong Kong, Seoul (Republic of Korea), Tokyo (Japan), Bangkok (Thailand) occupies has high position. Incheon International Airport is not only one of the major hubs on the air mail route, but also has high scores on various network indexes. It seems to be favorable for accessing a wide range of e-Commerce markets such as China, Japan, and the United States.
