본 연구는 진로역량기반 교과수강생과 미수강생을 대상으로 진로역량, 진로결정자기효능감, 전공만족에 대한 효과를 분석하고자 교과 수강 사전사후로 독립표본 t-검증과 다변량 분산분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 진로역량기반의 교과가 진로역량에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 교과수강생이 미수강생에 비하여 진로역량의 모든 요소에서 높은 평균값을 나타냈다. 둘째, 교과수강생과 미수강생의 진로결정자기효능감에 대한 분석결과 교과수강생이 미수강생보다 높은 평균값을 나타냈다. 셋째, 진로역량기반의 교과가 전공만족도에 미치는 효과를 분석한 결과, 교과수강생이 미수강생에 비하여 높은 평균값을 보였다. 본 연구결과 진로역량기반의 교과가 진로역량과 진로결정자기효능감, 전공만족도를 향상키는 효과가 검증되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 진로역량기반의 교육의 가능성과 활용성을 제시하며, 이를 통한 진로교육의 이론적 발전과 확산에 함의를 제공한다.


The objective of this study is to develop a competency-based career subjcet and then to analyze its effects as a part of competency-based education. For this, this study verified the effects on the career competency, career decision-making self-efficacy, and major satisfaction through pre/post tests targeting the students of career competency-based subject and students who were not taking the course. And the results of this study are as follows. First, in the results of analyzing the effects of career competency-based subjec on the career competency, the students who took the subjec showed higher mean value in every element of career competency than the students who did not take the subjec. Second, in the results of analyzing the career decision-making self-efficacy of the students who took the subjec and the students who did not take the subjec, the self-evaluation, collection of vocational information, establishment of plan, goal setting, and problem solving of career decision-making self-efficacy showed higher mean value in the students who took the subjec than the students who did not take the course. Third, in the results of analyzing the effects of career competency-based subjec on the major satisfaction, the students who took the course showed higher mean value than the students who did not take the subject. Such results of this study present the possibility and utilization of competency-based career education, and also have the significance of providing the implications for the theoretical development and diffusion of competency-based career education.
