This article will take a brief look at the various trends in legal philosophy developed around Germany. After examining Western European law and legal system, we will explore the cultural normative characteristics of our system and the possibility of establishing a new paradigm. Taking one step further from these traditional views and interpretations of Confucianism and social norms, it is necessary to think about how Confucian research can contribute to solving the real problems of law. Now that it is impossible to solve the problems of modern social science on their own, Confucianism must enter a new world, reanalyze and reveal real problems. Confucianism should be positioned as a practical science that sees reality with a critical perspective, and it should be a kind of "practical science" that explains the rapidly changing world due to advanced technology and reveals valuable life. Only in this way can Confucianism and society be united.
