본 논문은 시니어 원룸의 가구와 그에 거주한 노인들의 발생한 행위 및 문제점과 그를 해결에 위한 가구디자인 방안을 찾으려고 시작하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 가구 융합디자인 시스템을 지능적으로 적용해 1인 가구 시니어 원룸의 공간을 안전하고 쾌적하며 건강과 즐거운 주거환경을 조성하기위한 것이다. 연구방법은 10개의 가장 성공적인 중국사례 강양(康养)아파트 데이터를 분석하며, 탐방 관찰등의 조사연구 방식을 통해 현재 중국의 1인용 시니어원룸 가구의 현존 문제를 확정한다. 문헌수집, 대담관찰 등을 통한 데이터 비교연구를 통해 현재 중국의1인 가구 시니어 원룸의 가구 사용현황을 파악하고, 노인층에게 중국 1인 가구 시니어 원룸의 가구별 융합디자인 제안방향을 제시하고 가구 융합디자인 제안방향에 대한 공통성을 제시한다. 노인용 가구의 적용과 노인의 행동수요에 따라 노인 거주자의 행동특성과 그의 필요한 공간별 가구를 실증적으로 연구한다. 연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1인용 시니어원룸 공간 가구의 필요한 핵심을 바탕으로 스마트홈 융합디자인을 진행하였다. 둘째, 가구 융합디자인어플리케이션의 디자인을 요약하고 사용자의 조작 능력을 높이기 위한 '제로 학습, 심플한 조작' 원칙을따랐다. 셋째, 중국 1인 가구 시니어 원룸의 공간 가구 디자인방안은 안정성과 조명기능 및 수납기능 3가지 방향으로 정리했으며 도출하였다. 이러한 중국 1인가구 시니어원룸 주거공간의 가구별 융합디자인 연구를 통해 가구별 디자인에 대한 실천에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
This thesis began to find the furniture of the senior studio, the behaviors and problems of the elderly living there, and a furniture design plan for solving them. The purpose of this study is to intelligently apply the furniture fusion design system to create a safe, comfortable, healthy and enjoyable living environment in the space of a single senior studio room. The research method analyzes the data of the 10 most successful Chinese cases in Gangyang apartments, and determines the existing problems of the current single-person senior studio furniture in China through research methods such as visiting observation. Through data comparison research through literature collection and interviews, we understand the current status of furniture use in senior studios for single-person households in China, and suggest directions for fusion design by furniture in senior studios for single-person households in China to the elderly. It presents the commonality of the proposed direction. This study empirically studies the behavioral characteristics of elderly residents and their required space according to the application of the elderly furniture and the elderly's behavioral demand. The research results and contents are as follows. First, the smart home convergence design was conducted based on the necessary core of the single-person senior one-room space furniture. Second, it summarized the design of the furniture fusion design application and followed the principle of'zero learning, simple operation' to increase the user's operation ability. Third, the spatial furniture design plan of the senior studio of single-person furniture in China was organized and derived in three directions: stability, lighting function, and storage function. It is expected that it will be helpful in practicing the design of each furniture through the study of the fusion design for each furniture in the residential space of the senior studio of one person in China.
